  • Customized Rating Survey
    The Custom Rating Survey feature will facilitate setting up additional survey questions to be answered by the requester while performing approval rating process in addition to the existing timeliness rating, quality rating and approval memo.

  • James Chatbot Integration
    Help Desk Technology has partnered with Actionable Science to incorporate their AI powered conversational Virtual Assistant called “James” in ServicePRO

  • JIRA Integration
    ServicePRO integrates with JIRA using the Zapier platform and ServicePRO JIRA Plug-in.
