    • As of October 1, 2026, Microsoft is set to start blocking EWS requests from non-Microsoft apps to Exchange Online. As detailed in the below Microsoft article, this change will only apply to Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. • Our ServicePRO product development team is actively implementing the needful in ServicePRO, specifically the Microsoft Graph API protocol option for choosing to use with O365 mailboxes, from System Email Account settings and Starwatch Service, and from User Email Account settings and Email Inbox. These updates will be made available as a patch for the following ServicePRO versions:
      • Patch for ServicePRO 14.2.22.x version
      • Patch for ServicePRO 14.3.1.x version
    • These patch versions are tentatively expected to become available in the beginning of Q3, 2026. Once these patch versions are available for deployment to the customers, we will send you a notification email. Followed by that, you can schedule with our technical support team to receive the patch. Please kindly watch out for our updates regarding these patches availability.
    • In addition, if you are using ServicePRO’s Calendar Synchronization Service, the availability of Microsoft Graph API implementation for that component will be made available in a later patch towards the middle of Q4, 2026.
