System Administrators can monitor, add and modify existing Roles, Users, Companies and other System items through Administration features.

To access Administrative options in ServicePRO:

Interactive Interface

From the Interactive Interface, open the Backstage Menu, and select the Administration Tab.

Workbench Interface

From the Workbench Interface, select Setup/Administration, then select the Administration tab.
