Select the System email account that you would like to Monitor

NOTE: This can be applied to more than one System Email Account configured in ServicePRO.

Please see how to configure multiple System Email Accounts.


  • You can either Choose "All Users" or "Users not in ServicePRO Database" options to create non existing users in ServicePRO Database.
  • Settings section is referring to ServicePRO User settings from Manage Users

Conditions Will not change:


Workflow will not change; therefore, all fields will be set to "Unchanged":
